He’s the best! So friendly and helpful. Great prices. Incredibly fast. And he does most of anything you’d ever want or need. I brought him some broken sunglasses today and he fixed them in less than 2 minutes free of charge. I will always come to him for as long as he’s around. A Great business that I’m honored to support.

The gentlemen that work there are so nice and helpful. They removed watch links and replaced my battery in 15 minutes as quoted. Prices were very competitive. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Xavier and Jose are first rate in their work and have great pricing and service. They have personally fixed several watches of mine including many old Accutrons with hard to find parts (pictured.) They have also repaired jewelry - there is literally nothing I would not trust them with to do involving jewelry or watch repairs. Truly a first rate shop. They are the best!

I've been going to Fast Fix for years. Xavier and Jose have been unfailingly polite and helpful any time I needed services. Those have ranged from standard battery replacement, to Eco-Drive cells in my Citizen watch to an entirely new unit for a wall clock, to ring sizing. In fact, I can't think of a situation where they have not at least provided me with a solution to whatever issue I bring into them. They also have a nice selection of watches and some unique jewelry. They are a standout small business in our community that deserve the positive reviews that get on Google (that are by far in the majority here and on Yelp).

I went to add links to my new watch. I had five spare links add. Jose put the watch on me and said two would be perfect. I said we can start there but I like my watches not so tight. I tried it on with two links and it was not comfortable. I asked him to add another link to see if I felt more comfortable. He basically refused. He said it would be to big and spin and could break the glass. I said I would like to see for myself. He said no. We went back and forth. I said my wrist are bigger than they look and my chain bracelet is jamming underneath the band. He still refused to add another link. I left feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for. I went to another jeweler the next day who added another link and my watch is perfect now and doesnt spin.
